Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. While at Seton Hall, Nicholas was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and Research Assistant to Professor of Law, John B. Wefing, Esq. Upon graduation, Nicholas was inducted into the Order of the Coif. After graduation, Nicholas served as Law Clerk to the Honorable David H. Ironson, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris-Sussex Vicinage. Nicholas joined CMK in September 2009.
