Schneider, a Member of Carroll McNulty & Kull LLC, has extensive litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense, commercial disputes, contract disputes and workers compensation. Throughout his years of practice, Mr. Schneider has successfully tried and litigated a wide variety of matters involving complex commercial disputes, labor law actions and personal injury actions. Additionally, Mr. Schneider has extensive transactional experience in the areas of athlete representation, business formation, commercial and personal real estate, wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Schneider has lectured on a wide variety of topics including injury analysis and cross examination strategies for experts, as well as New York Practice, premises liability and estate matters. Prior to joining CMK, Mr. Schneider served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York where he represented the City before the New York Supreme Court and the New York State Workers Compensation Board. Mr. Schneider received his undergraduate degree from New York University, Stern School of Business where he was a Racoosin Scholar and a member of the Mens Varsity Basketball team. He received his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. He is admitted to practice in the Civil and Supreme State Courts of New York as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. |
