Jim has extensive
experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation for
construction, surety and complex commercial disputes. Jim has
served as lead counsel in multi-party construction and surety
litigation in state and federal courts in arbitration. Recent
cases include:

Jim has provided advice and counsel on a wide variety of
construction and surety related issues to owners/developers, general
contractors, subcontractors and sureties. He has successfully resolved
defaults on major construction projects on behalf of commercial sureties.
Jim has served as corporate counsel and regional manager of a large building products/construction contracting company and is a former Assistant Essex County Prosecutor. He is a member and past president of the Morris Hills Regional Board of Education. He also serves as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.
