Pace Law School, 2005

During law school, Pasquale served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Clarkson S. Fisher, J.A.D. while he was the Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Monmouth County. In addition, Pasquale was a summer associate at a leading personal injury firm where he gained experience in construction law, premises liability, professional malpractice, wrongful death and alternative dispute resolution. Upon graduation from Pace Law School, Pasquale served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Sullivan, Jr., J.S.C., Monmouth County. Following his clerkship, Pasquale was an associate at a mid-sized Union County insurance defense firm prior to joining Carroll, McNulty and Kull in April of 2008. His primary practice areas include construction site and premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, PIP/No fault, uninsured and under-insured motorists coverage, construction defect, subrogation and landlord/tenant.
