Since his admission to the New York and New Jersey bars, Erik has lectured for ICLE regarding the intricacies of New York Practice and served as an arbitrator on panels for uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist claims.

He has extensive experience in insurance defense, including Labor Law and Uninsured Motorist coverage, as well as No-Fault law, business counseling of construction contracts and commercial disputes involving construction companies.
