Jacob Palefski is an associate in CMK's New York
Office where he handles a variety of insurance coverage matters. He has
experience preparing coverage opinions and litigating coverage disputes
arising from first-party, general liability and professional liability
policies. Before joining CMK, Jacob served as coverage and claims
monitoring counsel in connection with miscellaneous professional liability
risks. He also represented domestic and offshore captive insurers in
connection with insurance and reinsurance coverage for hospital and
physician professional liability exposures. Jacob graduated magna cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2003 before earning his J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006.
