Joe has nineteen years of litigation experience in the areas of fidelity and surety bond, construction defect, estate disputes, insurance defense, personal injury, and general complex commercial disputes representing both small and large corporations, proprietorships and partnerships. He was admitted pro hac vice to practice before the state courts of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Maryland in addition to his longstanding practice in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Joe has also argued before the state appellate courts in New York and New Jersey. He provides counseling and numerous legal opinions to corporate and insurance clients as well as individuals on a large variety of issues relating to his areas of practice.
