David has over 25 years experience in state and federal court litigation, arbitration and mediation. He represents insurance carriers in insurance coverage investigations and litigation concerning all types of first- and third-party policies, in commercial disputes, and with respect to state boards of insurance. Drawing on his experience as an assistant county prosecutor, he represents insurance carriers in the investigation and prosecution of insurance fraud. David also frequently defends attorneys, architects, engineers, and other professionals in malpractice lawsuits, and has lectured to design and insurance industry professionals on architect-engineer malpractice, construction defect claims, and minimizing engineering liability exposure. He also counsels and represents employers in workplace discrimination and employment matters, and sellers and manufacturers in products liability matters. He is admitted to the roster of mediators of the New Jersey Superior Court Civil Mediation Program and has, for several years, served as a court-appointed mediator.
