Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court since 1993, Jim has extensive litigation experience in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, at both the trial and appellate levels. He has tried more than thirty cases to verdict in various areas of defense and plaintiff practice, which include contract, commercial and non-commercial auto/truck negligence, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, professional liability, construction defect and commercial disputes. Jim served as house counsel for a major commercial insurance company for sixteen years before joining CMK in 2000. He has participated in the preparation and argument of many appeals.
