At Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, Mark was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and winner of the Faculty Graduation Prize for Overall Outstanding Scholarly Achievement in the Area of Business Law. Prior to, and during, law school Mark enjoyed a career in the securities industry as a registered stockbroker with several NYSE member firms. He has previously held Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 65 licenses, as well as the United Kingdom Securities and Futures Authority Compliance license.
Mark left the brokerage business during his final year of law school to serve as judicial extern in the Chambers of the Honorable Barry T. Albin, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mark joined CMK in September 2008 as an Associate and primarily handles insurance coverage and insurance defense matters.
