Emilio has more than 18 years of litigation experience including six years as an Assistant District Attorney. Since leaving the D.A.’s office, Emilio has grown an impressive practice, working with many prominent companies on a broad range of complex legal disputes.
Emilio also has represented a number of national construction companies in personal injury claims and commercial disputes. In addition, he is routinely retained as lead trial counsel by insurance carriers to represent construction firms in catastrophic injury cases.
Emilio also focuses his practice on negligent security and premises liability disputes, in which he draws on his experience as a former district attorney. He often counsels clients with respect to building security and maintenance issues. His clients have included local and national real estate holding companies, restaurants, hotels and entertainment companies as well as national and international retailers.
In addition, Emilio has extensive experience in products liability, having represented product manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers in state and federal courts across the Northeast. Emilio also has experience in transportation law, particularly in the representation of motor carrier companies.
