Kristin has extensive experience in handling complex
insurance coverage disputes and litigation in environmental, construction,
directors' and officers' liability, general liability, products
liability, property, reinsurance, and toxic tort matters. She also
has significant general commercial litigation and appellate experience. Kristin was a member of the Moot Court Board at Seton Hall University School of Law. From 1995 to 1996, she served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Peter E. Doyne, P.J.S.C., Bergen County. She is also a member of the New Jersey State and New York State bar associations as well as the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court.   |
