Meg handles environmental, construction defect, products and professional liability, insurance coverage disputes and litigation. In addition to her coverage experience, her practice includes representing clients in connection with commercial and contract disputes, environmental compliance and litigation, construction defect litigation, and insurance company insolvencies. Meg also provides counsel to clients with respect to structured settlements and assignment of lottery winnings and has assisted in obtaining legislative approval for assignment transactions.

While living temporarily in Switzerland, Meg had the opportunity to serve as corporate counsel for a major pharmaceutical company addressing insurance coverage issues and monitoring products liability litigation in the United States and Europe.

Meg serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Somerset Hills YMCA and is on the Board of Directors of the Tewksbury Education Foundation.
