Steven has extensive litigation experience in various practice areas including commercial transaction disputes, construction and labor law, criminal law, negligent security, premises liability, products liability, automobile liability, toxic torts, as well as transportation law and international trade.

He has defended major national and international companies, in personal injury cases in state and federal courts throughout New York including many catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death, quadriplegia, burn injuries, amputations and chemical exposure cases. Steven’s experience in handling complex civil litigation matters includes successful mediation, arbitration and appellate practice.

His clients have included real estate holding companies, restaurants, entertainment companies, trucking companies, as well as national and international manufacturers, distributors and retailers.

 

Steven received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University, and a MBA in Finance from Hofstra University while earning his J.D. from Touro School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in 2000 in New York and Connecticut as well as the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York.

Steven is a court-appointed arbitrator in New York County Small Claims Court and is a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, New York State Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, Defense Research Institute and City Bar Products Liability Committee.
