Sean handles a variety of litigation arising out of complex labor law, premises liability, and criminal defense issues. His practice includes an emphasis on contractual and insurance coverage disputes. He has extensive trial and appellate experience in both the civil and criminal courts of the State of New York. Prior to joining Carroll, McNulty and Kull, Sean was an Assistant District Attorney serving in the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted hundreds of felony level cases both at the Grand Jury and trial levels.
