Shaun is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York and the District Court for the District of New Jersey. Before joining Carroll, McNulty & Kull he was associated with a leading plaintiff’s firm where he gained experience in: class action litigation; environmental law; construction law; products liability; personal injury; professional liability/malpractice; wrongful death/birth; and general/commercial litigation. Prior to practice Shaun served as an executive board member and associate editor of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review, competed in moot court, and was a member of the Rutgers Environmental Law Clinic. He also served as Summer law clerk to The Honorable Diane Pincus, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.

Shaun is an active member of a variety of professional organizations including: the American Bar Association; the New Jersey State Bar Association; the Middlesex County Bar Association; the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – New Jersey; the New York State Bar Association; and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
