Following graduation, Jillian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William L’E Wertheimer, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County.
Prior to joining Carroll McNulty & Kull, Jillian was an associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edeman & Dicker, LLP, where her practice focused on insurance fraud and insurance defense. Jillian also has extensive experience with respect to labor and employment litigation and counseling. Jillian joined the firm in November 2011 and works primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and insurance defense.
